English’s first project awarded through the new PPEA legislation. English began site preparation in March of 2003 and June work on the foundation of the 257,000 square-foot facility began. The school along with a 4,500 square-foot Field House, a 3,400 square-foot Concession Building and supporting Athletic Fields to include a Football Stadium that is capable of seating 3,500 people was completed in July of 2006.

The High School building consists of a two story wing that has four Academic Houses (one for each grade level 9-12), and a Science Specialty Center that allows many students to prepare for their future in Health Science. Adjoining the Academic Wing is a state of the art Media Center. The Media Center is followed by a commons area that consists of a Cafeteria/Dining Hall, an Auditorium, capable of seating 900 people and a Music and Performing Arts Center. To the rear of the School is a Gymnasium with three full size courts and seating capacity of 2,000 people. Next to the Gymnasium, is a spacious Weight /Fitness training room. The Gymnasium leads the way to all the Athletic Fields that support the School Athletic Department.
