English handled demolition of old buildings and coordinated the design and construction of a new 17,500-square-foot facility with Williamsburg-style architecture. The site, which meets all federal and state requirements for a safety rest area, was completed in approximately one year at a total cost of $8,115,000. There were no change orders, no increased costs, and no extensions of time for this project.
