James Monroe High School

James Monroe High School has been a landmark in Fredericksburg for many years. The new high school proudly carries on the name and legacy. This PPEA project to construct a new 194,000 square-foot high school, gymnasium, auditorium, and associated athletic fields was a challenging project. Once the new facility was complete, the existing James Monroe High School adjacent to the new high school was demolished to accommodate construction of the new football/track complex and entrance to the new high school.
