Some of the first construction projects undertaken by English Construction were public school buildings – and today, as the company nears its 100th anniversary, it continues to carry on that tradition. One of the most recent examples of English’s school-building craft is the new Lafayette Upper Elementary School in Fredericksburg, a two-story, 98,000 square foot school complete with soccer and varsity baseball fields.
