This project involves the construction of an 80,000 square foot Synthetic Athletic Field and a 160,000 square foot multi-use Practice Field.  The fields are for the use of the Longwood University Athletic Department and include an underground rainwater collection system that will be used for irrigation as well as for cooling of the synthetic field playing surface.  There are utilities being placed that will allow for future expansion to include a performing arts center and a maintenance facility.  This is the first phase of a large expansion planned for the Longwood University Campus that English has been working closely with the university on and will hopefully lead to another large project in the near future.
