English Construction Co., Inc. is the General Contractor for the First Choice Public Private Partners team for this new 76,628-square-foot facility.  The facility is a concrete and structural steel framed building with a mixture of veneer brick, architectural pre-cast, aluminum panels and aluminum curtainwall on the exterior.  This new center will feature the following components: outdoor recreation swimming pool and terraces; indoor recreation swimming pool with fitness lanes; Two-story entry lobby with lounges, two-court basketball gymnasium; three-lane running track; child-care, game room and pool rental room areas; administrative staff and conference areas; three multi-purpose rooms; fitness area with views into adjacent gymnasium and natatorium; aerobics studios; pool house with concessions area; parking for 350 cars.
