This project consists of two contracts. Contract A includes the construction of a UV disinfection building, screenings compactor installation, sludge grinders, and the refurbishment of both the chlorine and sulfur dioxide buildings. Contract B includes the construction of a sludge thickening converter from dissolved air floatation to a rotary drum thickener, as well as the replacement of the incinerator compressor.
