This project includes renovations of an approximately 41,000-square-foot, five-story brick building, site demolition, and site improvements. The multi-wythe brick shell walls will be preserved. All interior building structure, floors, and roof will be replaced. The roof systems will be standing seam with color to match the adjacent campus buildings .
