Complete historic renovation of Venable Hall (30,000 square feet) and new addition (10,000 square feet). This project consists of total renovation and preservation of the existing buildings to create 161 new dormitory beds along with all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems. The project will seek state and federal tax credits for the historic renovation.
