English will manage the project which includes concrete for 4 pellet lines, woodyard 1 & 2 and loadout, includes pre-engineered buildings for the presses (32,500 sf), administration (2,500 sf) and maintenance (3,500 sf). Also includes the installation of the conveyors and pellet equipment.
