The is a progressive design build project where ECC is a subcontractor to CDM Constructors to supply labor, equipment, materials & supervision to perform the civil works portion of the contract. The scope of work includes clearing, ECS installation & maintenance, site storm drainage, site piping to include 36” RW w/Meter vaults; multiple drains lines for vaults, sumps, rapid mix basins, plant drains, chemical trench drains, potable water, 42”, 36” & 30” finish water lines, 2” water lines, structure excavations, site grading and stone placement for structure foundations and paving, rock excavation, micro piling, and shoring.
