This project requires phased construction over four years to maintain approximately 75% of treatment capacity in order to supply potable water for the City of Richmond.
The details include demolition and removal of existing Trac Vac Systems and Tube Settler Equipment. Removal and replacement of existing rapid mixer and flocculator motors. Removal and replacement of Basins 1-4 MCC/VFD equipment. Removal of concrete training walls, modifications of existing slabs, settled water channel and installation of new footings in Basins 1-4.
