Construction is not what we do…it's who we are.

  • Completion: August 2012
  • 92,500 square feet
  • Geothermal System

This project included the design and construction of a new 92,500-square-foot, 500 bed barracks residence hall.  The Jacobson Residence Hall will be a three (3) story masonry wall-bearing structure with hollow core concrete planks at floor levels.  The interior finishes include painted CMU, VCT tile floors, exposed painted ceilings in the barracks room, and acoustical ceilings. The HVAC is a geothermal system with individual controls for each room. The bathrooms are located in a central location on each floor with a sink provided in each room. The exterior finish of the new barracks residence is stucco with an Elastomeric finish that closely matches the existing campus buildings.
