The new 120 bed dormitory for Randolph Macon is 61,256 SF. The three stories are a combination of light gauge structure and structural steel with a brick veneer and synthetic slate roofing. The exterior is completed with clad windows, metal cornice, powder coated rails and fiberglass columns. The four bedroom units are complete with a full kitchen and living rooms which face the new football field. The space also includes common space that can be used for a banquets or classrooms, catering space, restrooms and a roof top terrace space.
