This project consisted of constructing 39, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, multi-story apartments, a leasing office, an asphalt parking lot, and associated sidewalk, curb and gutter. All units included data and cable TV outlets, both a washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, laminate wood flooring, and fire protection.
