Complete Renovation of Curry and Frazer Residence Halls: a pair of ten-story high rise buildings totaling 217,678 square feet.

The work will involve: selective demolition; interior and exterior renovations and new construction; site and utility infrastructure improvements; new fixtures, furnishings, and equipment; and other associated project work. The site work will include new landscape and hardscape improvements, including the replacement of Spruce Street, new building entrance arrangements, improvements to the South Main Street frontage, and new landscaping and hardscaping of Field.
