The extension of North Gayton Road begins at the intersection of West Broad Street and the existing Gayton Road, crosses Interstate 64, and proceeds on a new alignment to the intersection of Pouncey Tract Road and Shady Grove Road in Henrico County. The project continues across Pouncey Tract Road where it terminates at the intersection of Shady Grove Road and Twin Hickory Drive. The total project length is 2.10 miles. This Design Build contract included not only the design and construction, but also administration of the Right of Way acquisition and administration for all permitting and private utility relocations.
