Install new river intake structure, new raw water feed pumps and discharge piping, new rapid mix basin and two new flocculation basins with mixers, upgrade sedimentation basins with a Sludge Removal System, install of a Pall Membrane System housed in a new 30’x40’ precast concrete building, new MCC in membrane building, install new pre-cast concrete clearwell, replace finished water pumps, demolish existing sand filters and fill basins, modify existing WTP building to provide outside access to existing chemical feed room, and install 150,000gallon well storage tank.
