Construction Management

Construction Management (CM) is a procurement type that allows the owner to reduce costs, manage the project schedule and streamline the project from inception to final completion.  English Construction performs this role on many of our projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic.  Our goal is to provide a quality CM service to our clients by maintaining communication,  working with transparency and integrity, and using our vast experience on every project.

English can leverage our hands-on construction experience as a general contractor and our Design Build capability to ensure that our clients are receiving their desired product and are staying within their budget.
