We can assist with design review/value engineering with the engineer or architect, or independently. We provide sound constructability reviews that assist our clients in avoiding costly field changes and dramatic schedule impacts. We alert the engineer and the owner of possible problems long before it is time to begin construction. Our team of estimators can assist in analyzing the construction budget to define a realistic cost based on the site conditions and current market pricing, not historical prices. Utilizing both the project managers and the scheduling staff here at English, we can build a project schedule to include all aspects of the project, including the design, permitting, and the construction. Our clients will have all available tools at their disposal.

The involvement of English’s experienced construction professionals during this planning stage ensures continuity between preconstruction and construction. This guarantees that decisions made during project planning are accurately implemented throughout the project. Our goal is for the same person to not only be the preconstruction manager, but also the construction manager.
