We alert the engineer and the owner of possible problems long before it is time to begin construction. Our team of estimators can assist in analyzing the construction budget to define a realistic cost based on the site conditions and current market pricing, not historical prices. Utilizing both the project managers and the scheduling staff here at English, we can build a project schedule to include all aspects of the project, including the design, permitting, and the construction. Our clients will have all available tools at their disposal.
